My Services
Based in Marlow, Buckinghamshire at the beautiful Flow Studios, I offer pre and postnatal yoga, mum & baby yoga and family yoga, both in welcoming group classes and private sessions. My classes are designed to be much more than simply moving through yoga poses, they’re a chance to slow down, breathe, smile, dance, connect with yourself and your baby too. Whether you’re preparing for birth, finding your feet in motherhood or simply looking for some time to reconnect, there’s a space for you.

Sometimes you need a little more space, flexibility and individual support. My private 1:1 sessions are tailored entirely to you, whether you’re looking for support during pregnancy, preparing for birth, navigating postnatal recovery or simply wanting some dedicated time to move and breathe. Sessions are available in person in Marlow, Buckinghamshire, or online, making it easy to fit yoga around you and your family. Get in touch to enquire about 1:1 support.

Pregnancy is an incredible time of change, and prenatal yoga can help you feel more prepared — both physically and mentally — for birth and beyond. My classes combine gentle, purposeful movement with breathwork, relaxation and hypnobirthing techniques, helping you build confidence in your body and develop tools you can draw on during labour. No previous yoga experience is needed — just come as you are.

Yoga for two. These classes are designed for both you and your baby, combining postnatal recovery movement for mum with playful, interactive moments for your little one. We’ll gently rebuild strength, mobility and connection with your body, while incorporating singing, movement, breathwork and plenty of opportunities to engage with your baby. It’s a chance to look after yourself while spending meaningful time together — and to meet other mums who are navigating this new chapter too.

"Vanessa’s flow session was exactly what I needed - a perfect balance of challenge and calm. The sequences pushed me just enough while helping me unwind and reconnect with myself. The hour flew by and left me feeling both grounded and refreshed - ideal after a busy day. I especially loved the way she wove in visualisations and metaphors so effortlessly, adding depth and meaning to every movement."

"Having experienced both a Yin and Vinyasa session, I love that they both offer something unique. Yin session allowed me to find calm, perfect for winding down before bed. The Vinyasa session allowed me to challenge myself, strengthen & work up a sweat. Both have the central theme of Vanessa guiding you through with a beautiful home backdrop whilst she talks you through a deeper meaning to the session such as the art of practicing gratitude."

"I have trouble quieting my mind, and Vanessa's classes help me to escape from the hustle and bustle of busy life and focus on myself for a while - an hour of absolute calm. Vanessa guides you through each movement and helped me hold poses I never thought I would be able to, all the while her calming tones and allowing me to focus my mind and wind down. Couldn't have asked for a better teacher for my first yoga experience."

"As a busy mum, I struggle to switch off and relax, but Vanessa's class enabled me that dedicated time to focus and have some 'me time'. As a beginner I felt at ease by Vanessa's teaching and liked that different levels were given so that I could choose my ability and also challenge myself at times. Her calming approach and environment also contributed to a fabulous class."

"Vanessa is a really excellent instructor and I truly look forward to her classes! Offering both Yin and Vinyasa, she always has something that I need. Whether it’s a nice long stretch to quieten the mind before bed or a more challenging flow to work up a sweat and work on strength, she is really clear when explaining the positions and always has a lovely calming presence. She makes me feel confident in what I am doing and what more could you want from a teacher. ."

Absolutely! All levels are welcome. I’ll guide you through options so you can practice safely and confidently. You DO NOT have to be flexible to do yoga!
Just a yoga mat, comfortable clothing you can move in, and an open mind. Optional: a cushion or block if you like extra support. For online Yin classes you will need props - if you don't have blocks and a bolster please bring some large books, blankets and cushions.
Easy! 👉 View my online and in-person schedule here and book directly on the booking site. Classes are released two months in advance so do check back in if there's a date you fancy joining me later down the line. Please do reach out to me if you have any issues. If you have booked online you will receive an email with the Zoom link and if you have booked in person I will see you there!
I teach two complementary styles: Vinyasa, a dynamic, flowing practice where movement is linked to breath, and Yin, a deeply restorative style where postures are held for longer periods. Together, they create a balanced yoga experience — energizing you when you need a boost and grounding you when you need to slow down. Every class is crafted to be accessible to all levels, focused on helping you build a true mind-body connection, not just "perfect poses."

Hi, I’m Vanessa, proud mum and a specialist pregnancy and postnatal yoga teacher, full-time media agency director, and passionate believer in the power of movement to change lives. I trained in beautiful Bali, where I fell even deeper in love with yoga as a way to bring the mind and body into true connection. I live here in Marlow and feel so grateful to be part of this amazing community. I’m passionate about giving back and creating spaces where people of all levels can slow down, reconnect, and make time for themselves amidst the busyness of everyday life. Yoga has been my anchor through the pressures of modern life, and it’s my joy to share this with you.
